Il passaggio da destinazione turistica ad area urbana organica ha richiesto un aggiornamento delle infrastrutture. Inoltre, essendo la sede di una delle pi\u00f9 belle baie francesi, la minaccia di rischi ambientali ha spinto il progetto a rinnovare completamente il suo lungomare.
